PTM Europe Protests Pakistan’s Alleged Support for Terrorism Outside European Parliament in Brussels
November 21, 2025 Brussels, BelgiumMembers of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) Europe held a protest outside the European Parliament in Brussels on November 21, 2025, in response to the visit of Ishaq Dar, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, to the Parliament. The protesters urged the European Union not to provide assistance to Pakistan, accusing the Pakistani state of supporting terrorism and carrying out genocide against Pashtuns and other ethnic communities.Demonstrators called on the European Parliament to reconsider its cooperation and assistance to Pakistan, arguing that providing support to a state accused of sponsoring terrorism and committing serious human rights violations risks indirectly contributing to these actions.Members of PTM France also participated in the protest, expressing solidarity with the movement’s call for justice, accountability, and the protection of the rights of Pashtuns and other oppressed communities in Pakistan.
